Terms of Service

All bookings made through Triplova are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full or part payment as specified in the package details.

• A minimum deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received and booking is confirmed.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or bank transfer.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to help@triplova.com. The following cancellation charges apply:

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information when making a booking.
• Ensure all travellers have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for the trip.
• Not use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws during travel.
• Respect the cultural norms and regulations of destinations visited.

All content on Triplova's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Triplova and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written permission from Triplova.

Triplova acts as a travel agent and is not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.)
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Loss of personal belongings during travel
• Any medical emergencies or accidents occurring during the trip
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific package in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Triplova, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

Any dispute or claim relating to the use of Triplova's services shall first be sought to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Triplova reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
